Brimmond refurbish & inspection service
Over the past five years our bright orange Charlie House HPU has spent time on three renowned North-Sea platforms - the Dunlin Alpha, Brent Charlie and now the Thistle.
In this time it has racked up a total of 1392 days of rental - equating to 83.84% utilisation ⭐
All whilst raising money and awareness for our brilliant local charity partner🧡
Last week it made it's way home to our workshop in Kintore, Aberdeenshire to undergo its 5-yearly inspection & refurbishment... and the results speak for itself!
The service included:
• Overhaul the motors & enclosures
• Blast & paint frames & associated parts
• Rewire / replace electrical cable
• Replace all bolting
• Replace the tarpaulin
• Re-hose all the internal hoses
• Carry out full recertification
• Full FAT complete (as if new built)
