Meet Glenn Morrison, who became a Level 1 welder/fabricator after completing his apprenticeship with Brimmond 7 years ago.
Since then, he’s learnt that no two days at the company are the same. We caught up with him to find about a bit more about his role in Team Brimmond.
What’s the most interesting aspect of working for Brimmond?
“The variety! From assembling massive pneumatic spoolers and working with new advance equipment, to building bespoke frames, brackets and suctions - every day is a school day and there is always something interesting to work on.
What is one lesson you’ve learnt at Brimmond Group that you have found invaluable to the way you do your job?
“When I was a first-year apprentice, I quickly learned that if I ever did a half job of anything, I would just have to do the other half later down the line.
“Brimmond pushes you to produce a high-quality end product. Whether I’m at work or even just doing some DIY at home, that lesson has stuck and I always aim to do the best job I can.”
