Challenge
An engineering services company required their Jetting Unit to be restored. The Jetting Unit arrived on site for a full strip-down and inspection. Initial inspection revealed severe corrosion to the container, along with an inoperable engine . These issues rendered the unit non-compliant and unfit for continued service. The client required a solution that would restore the unit to full operational integrity while meeting original OEM and industry certification requirements.
Solution
Our refurbishment service allowed us to return the jetting unit to OEM specification. We designed and manufactured a new container built in accordance with DNV-ST-E273. A service exchange engine was sourced directly from the OEM to ensure safety, performance, and reliability. The unit was fully refurbished to its original specification and issued with a complete new documentation package, delivering a compliant, safe and operationally ready jetting unit.
